Professional Services is the umbrella organization comprised of Implementation Specialists, Client Services Support Teams and Business Consultants who specialize in the design, implementation and support of TMW enterprise management systems and software for the transportation industry. The mission of this group is provide trucking companies, private fleets and logistics providers with a real-time, data base driven system that will give them online visibility to every aspect of its operation and help manage their business in a real-time environment positioning them to operate more efficiently and profitably.
The integration of these three teams provides TMW Systems with the agility to allocate appropriate resources, providing overall visibility into customer projects and assuring a smooth transition from implementation to live support. From the beginning, our customers benefit from this approach by having familiar and consistent support teams that are knowledgeable on their particular organization.
Project Management- Key to Success
With the experience of implementing and supporting more than 1,000 customers of various sizes operating in virtually every industry segment world-wide, we have developed an unparalleled formula for customer success. The foundation of this is based on our project management approach to implementation, training and support. Our Project Managers work in tandem with our customers and provide the leadership and communication necessary to ensure a positive partnership and maximum benefit of your investment.
Implementation
This team is in charge of installation, setup, configuration and high level implementation consulting. They work hand-in-hand with new customers, gaining a full understanding of their business requirements, providing guidance and helping users perform the necessary tasks needed for a smooth implementation and system transition. Their primary role is to install and configure newly delivered systems and provide both on-site and remote training to the customer. Project Managers lead Implementation teams and are responsible for specific clients, monitoring progress on new installations, identifying possible functional gaps and resolving project challenges.
Customer Support
A Customer Support Team is assigned to each customer and plays a critical role both during implementation and on-going support. They are highly trained individuals who are on the other end of the phone when a customer needs immediate assistance. Team specialists are also available for specific customer issues as they arise. Utilizing tools like Live Meeting™, they are easily able to walk the customer through and immediately resolve issues.

Business Consultants
TMW Business Consultants are seasoned professionals with years of trucking and information technology experience. They are trained to analyze, evaluate and make recommendations to help customers capitalize on the potential and increase the ROI of their TMW investment. They help companies achieve their vision through a variety of services, including business analysis, process reviews for improved operational efficiencies and profitability, or engagements focused on a single complex operational issue.
Training
TMW University education forum is designed to help our customers increase the return on investment for their TMW solution and maximize the effectiveness of our products. Each TMW University class is targeted at specific product functionality. TMW University complements TMW’s current portfolio
of customer training opportunities, which includes an online Learning Center, ongoing support services and the annual User Group.
